iTravel App – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to iTravel, a travel and tourism app designed to help users explore and experience Cyprus. By accessing or using iTravel (the “App”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using iTravel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any updates made from time to time. iTravel may revise these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

iTravel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party services, including hotels, tours, or transport.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and ethically.
• Not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Respect copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property.

iTravel may remove content or restrict access for users who violate these rules.

6. Content

• All App content, including photos, text, logos, and maps, is owned by iTravel or licensed to iTravel.
  
• Users retain rights to their own content but grant iTravel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use content within the App.

7. Booking & Payments

• Payments for tours, accommodations, or activities are processed securely through third-party providers.
  
• Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider.
  
• iTravel is not liable for issues arising from third-party bookings, including delays, cancellations, or quality of service.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as is” basis.

  • iTravel is not liable for errors, omissions, or changes in travel information.
  • iTravel is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred while using recommended services or following travel guides.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTravel’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for services via the App. iTravel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

iTravel collects and processes personal data according to the iTravel Privacy Policy, in compliance with EU GDPR.
This includes:

• Name, email, and contact information.
• Location data for travel recommendations.
• Usage data for app performance and analytics.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting iTravel support.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
